Have you been putting up with stuff that limits you?

Sometimes a part of us doesn’t want to see the obvious.

Are you making excuses in your life or business? Putting up with stuff, that you KNOW isn't aligned with your big vision? Have you been telling yourself "yes I know it needs to change, but I'll just put up with it all a bit longer. It's not THAT bad." Yet.

"I'll wait and see. It might all change by itself and get better soon."

But for some reason it isn't. Well, not by itself anyway.

Did you know that subconscious denial causes inner friction which results in fatigue and exhaustion? Note: this is most often NOT a conscious thought!

Nothing changes, unless you do. 

How can you expect for things to change, if you rigidly and tensely hold onto stuff for dear life? Stuff, that doesn't actually serve you, even worse: that harms you. That limits you. That affects your wellbeing.

But we do it anyway. Why? 

Because we are scared. Scared to change, scared for change to happen that might make things worse than they are. (Even worse??! How could that be possible?! Ahh, I know you said things aren't actually THAT bad, I know.. ;) )

Take stock. Of your feelings, your thoughts, those little inklings deep inside.

Are you happy? Do you feel like you're living your full potential? Or are you merely living a shadow of the person you know you can be, used to be or want to be?

Sometimes there's an unconscious part in us, that doesn't want us to see the obvious. This part may be trying to protect us in some way, perhaps keep us safe from failure or criticism. 

But, the thing is, if we never step out of that comfort zone, we'll never get what we truly want and we never get to live our big vision that is our true purpose. 

In order to step out of denial we need to bring this shadow part to the surface so we can (lovingly) clear it and create new beliefs. In my work as a Spiral practitioner we clear trapped emotions and beliefs that can be (unconsciously)  holding us back in denial. eg

"It's not safe to do x..."

"If I do x, I'll be criticised..."

"If I let myself be visible and vulnerable I'll get hurt..."

Clearing these out of the way makes space for new beliefs that are aligned with your big vision and purpose. If we don't clear these old beliefs and trapped emotions out of the way first, it can often be too hard and painful for us to step out of our comfort zones.

So, begin today.

Take a look. Assess. Once you're honest with yourself, start the ball rolling by making the decision that you want more than this. That you're over ignoring stuff. That you'll end this road of denial and blending facts out - do so here and now.

Once you made the decision that you want more, because you know that there is way more to life than living in a soup of denial and unhappiness, you made the first step. (Which is the hugest one of all by the way!!)

Then look within. If you know what to do, start following this intuition now.
